- Please allow 3 working days for all orders to process.
- All orders will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed and another email when their order has been dispatched (please check your junk spam mail if you cannot see it!)
Germany
- Shipping to Germany is 2,50€ and free with a total order value of 20€ or more
- Delivery estimate 1-3 working days from dispatch
- Please ensure you enter your correct and complete delivery address when placing an order as Gypsy Elements cannot be responsible for orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery details. Thank you.
Europe
- Shipping to Europe is completely free with a total order value of 20€ or more
- Other European orders will be charged a rate of 6€
- Delivery estimate 4-15 working days from dispatch
Rest Of The World
- Shipping to anywhere else in the world is also 6€ flat rate
- International Shipping is completely free with a total order value of 30€ or more
- Delivery estimate 5-21 working days from dispatch though can vary due to customs in your country which is out of our control. Once shipped the time frame is out of our hands, but should not take longer than 1 month
- There may be duties and/or customs taxes applied to your order by your local government when delivery is made, or billed to you afterwards depending on where you live. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Gypsy Elements
