Here at Gypsy Elements, we want all our customers to be pleased with all of their orders. However, if this is not the case:
- From the day you received the products you have 14 days to request a refund/exchange and dispatch the products back to us.
- Contact us via email email@example.com with your order number and return/exchange request.
- All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they came in.
- Once we have received the product, please allow 3 working days for the refund to be processed back to the same method that the order was paid with.
- We will return all payments made for your order, including the costs for shipping the product to you (except for extra express delivery costs in case you didn’t choose our standard shipping method). You have to pay return shipment costs.
- Hygiene labels must be in tact on swimwear.
- Earring and piercing items along with postage are non-refundable.
- All returns must include a note of the order number or refund will be delayed as we won’t know where it has come from.
- All of our products are carefully checked before they are packaged. However, if for any reason your items are faulty, or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately via email.
